Stock Agency?

I have recently joined a new stock illustration agency in London called ikon images. I have never done stock imagery before but it seems like it could be a good idea especially in the current economic climate as more design agencies are likely to use stock imagery. The terms are not bad, you get 50% of what ever your images are licensed for. Its also a good excuse to try out new ways of working.

I will see how it goes.......

 

Got an appointment with Gina Cross on Tuesday who is the Art Director at the Guardian. Trying to also see the Guardian Guide Art Directors and Dutch Uncle illustration agency as well to show them my new portfolio........ be good to be with them.

Not Mine: Nice furniture...

Myself and my lovely wife want to get some built in shelves (4m x 3m) made in our lounge room and have been wondering who to ask until my good friend Tim recommended this local chap.

He makes beautifully made furniture that is well crafted and contemporary and he has quite a nice website too.
